HOW IT WORKS

From transcript
to publishing draft.

A simple four-part routine for the work after the conversation.

01

Start with a readable transcript

Use English text with complete sentences. Paste directly, or import TXT, SRT or VTT. Audio and video files are not supported.

02

Add the useful context

Enter the show and episode title, host, guest and any verified resource links you want to include.

03

Generate a first draft

Choose summary length, chapter count and layout. The tool extracts sentences and uses existing timestamps.

04

Review, edit and export

Check each section. Revise your Markdown draft, save an episode snapshot and export the files you need.

A good final check.

Before publishing, confirm these details:

  • Episode title, host and guest spellings.
  • Quoted wording against the original source.
  • Chapter times against the actual recording.
  • Resource URLs and link labels.
  • Any context missing from the extracted summary.
Chapter labels are suggestions drawn from nearby transcript text. They are not verified by listening to the episode.
